Education outreach services cover all aspects of sexuality. A trained sexuality educator delivers workshops on a variety of topics which highlight sexual communication and personal decision-making. Emphasis is placed on healthy sexuality. This involves accentuating the positive and life-enhancing aspects of sexuality as well as avoiding negative health problems (eg. unintended pregnancy, unhealthy relationships, sexually transmitted infections, shame and guilt).

The workshops provide current and comprehensive information, facilitate the development of skills and personal insight, raise awareness of available resources in the community and assist participants in becoming comfortable with communicating about sexuality issues. All of our workshops are presented in an open and interactive environment to provoke thought and discussion.
